Michelle started working with stained glass and glass art in high school where she was taught multiple basic techniques. Through college she continued her study, while also exploring other mediums. But her love of glass has always been a part of her work.
Michelle’s interest in glass and glass art may have first been influenced by he
r father's work as an optician making fashion eye glasses. Michelle has the gift to see and create harmony and balance between light, color and form. In her art she uses elegant lines to create flow and expertly mixes color and texture for affect.

In 2005 Michelle began attending art shows and plans to attend many of these again in 2006 as her schedule allows. Her past shows include Winthrop, MA, Marblehead, MA, Maynard, MA, Portsmouth, NH, and Corporate Fair Shows at Staples, Aramark and Sun Microsystems.
